The sponsorship agreement signed between HDI Sigorta and Galatasaray Wheelchair Basketball Team was announced with a press conference organized at Florya Metin Oktay Sports Complex.

The press conference was attended by Asst. Prof. Dr Ural Aküzüm, Board Member at Galatasaray; Ceyhan Hancıoğlu, General Manager of HDI Sigorta; Sedat İncesu, Head Coach of Galatasaray Wheelchair Basketball Team; and İsmail Ar, Captain of Galatasaray Wheelchair Basketball Team.

Ceyhan Hancıoğlu, General Manager of HDI Sigorta said: “I would like to thank the Board of Galatasaray Sports Club, Mr. Ural Aküzüm in particular. In fact, we have been working with Galatasaray brand for 8 years. We have sponsored the brand for 5 years, and the volleyball team for 3 years. I hope this will be a journey that will go on for many years to come. Today, we are here addressing you with an organization that crowns this cooperation. We are extremely pleased to stand by a team which has almost become a monopoly in its field as a monster of cups. HDI Sigorta operates in 150 countries, and we have been operating in Turkey for 11 years. I hope we will work together with Galatasaray for many other projects to come. I wish all the success for the unhindered lions. We will always stand by them.”
