Maher Holding, which is the owner of the largest independent, domestic insurance group in Turkey by including first Quick Sigorta and then Corpus Sigorta in its investments that it started with energy and construction, has previously announced that it is preparing for new investments in the financial sector.

The New Name of AND Kozyatağı is Quick Tower

In April 2021, Maher Holding Insurance Group took over 100% shares of AND Anadolu Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş., whose active assets include AND Kozyatağı building, and after this transfer, the company's name was changed to MHR Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş. and the new name of the AND Kozyatağı building, which is in the company's assets, was changed to QUICK TOWER.

Levent Uluçeçen: We will Accelerate New Investments 

Levent Uluçeçen, CEO of Maher Group, which manages approximately 4 Billion TL assets and 750 Million TL equity capital as of June 2021 and will continue its activities in its own building where it will move by the end of the year, in his statement to his employees, stated that the group will accelerate new investments in the next three years and stated that new assignments and promotions in the senior management will take place with the participation of new sectors and companies in accordance with their growth strategies.  Levent Uluceçen, who provided information about the appointments, wished that the new investments and appointments would be beneficial for the Maher Group. 

Ahmet Yaşar has Been Appointed as the Chairman of Maher Insurance Group 

Ahmet Yaşar, who served as the General Manager of Quick Sigorta and the Deputy General Manager of Corpus Sigorta, was appointed as the Chairman of Maher Insurance Group. Ahmet Yaşar, who continues to be a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager at Quick Sigorta, will also continue to be a member of the board of directors as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Corpus Sigorta. 

Volkan Yıldız was appointed as the Head of Strategy and Business Development of Maher Group 

Volkan Yıldız*, who recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Maher Yatırım Holding, which achieved rapid growth with its investments in 2017 and beyond, was appointed as Head of Strategy and Business Development of the Maher Group. 
Ahmet Yaşar and Volkan Yıldız will also continue their various board memberships in Maher Group Companies.

Murat Şişli has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Corpus Sigorta

Murat Şişli**, who served as the Deputy General Manager of Corpus Sigorta, was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Corpus Sigorta and a Member of the Board of Directors. 
*After graduating from METU Public Administration Department in 2002, Volkan Yıldız worked in the fields of internal audit, risk management and finance in finance, telecom, energy and insurance sectors. Volkan Yıldız, who served as the CFO at the founding of Quick Sigorta, recently served as the CFO at Maher Yatırım Holding.

**Murat Şişli graduated from Saint Michel French High school and Marmara University Faculty of Economics in 1995 and completed his MBA program at Yeditepe University in 2001. Murat Şişli, who started his career in the insurance sector in 2002 as a Specialist in the Technical and Reinsurance Department of Garanti Sigorta A.Ş., worked as Technical and Reinsurance Manager at Aviva Sigorta A.Ş. between 2005-2013 and as Technical and Reinsurance Director at Generali Sigorta A.Ş. and Bereket Sigorta A.Ş. as Assistant General Manager.  Finally, he was appointed from Willis Towers Watson Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerliği A.Ş., where he holds the position of Head of Facultative, as the Deputy General Manager and Member of the Executive Board of Corpus Insurance Co., as of 10.02.2020.Murat Şişli, who speaks English and French, was born in Istanbul in 1976, is married and has a child.
