Theatre: Helikon

Helikon is staged at İstanbul Oyuncak Müzesi (İstanbul Toy Mu-
seum).

Helikon is a gripping one-act play performed inside the entire
space of the Toy Museum. The word museum is derived from
the Greek word Mouseion which means the seat of Muses, which
were deities that gave artists inspiration according to Greek my-
thology. In this play, those deities bring the audience to 1950s by
bending time after it gets dark to tell the stories of toys displayed
in the museum.
