Unico Sigorta announced that Ahmet Sertem Demir, who has been serving as the General Manager of Unico Sigorta since February 5, 2020, has resigned and the company's CFO Emine Talay Turan has been appointed as proxy as of November 5, 2021.

Who is Emine Talay Turan?
Emine Talay Turan, who graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in English, started her professional career at KPMG Audit A.Ş. in 1993 and served as the Senior Audit Manager until 2001. Talay Turan, who worked as an Audit Partner at MGI Audit A.Ş. between 2002-2006, later assumed the duties of Assistant General Manager at Fleetcorp A.Ş., Ekofaktoring A.Ş. and 2015 Tam Faktoring A.Ş., respectively, until 2015. After continuing her career as a Digital Collaboration Manager at DenizBank A.Ş. between 2017-2020, she has been serving as Assistant General Manager for Financial Affairs, Member of the Executive Committee and Member of the Board of Directors at Unico Sigorta A.Ş. since February 2020. |
