of the EY (Ernst & Young) Turkey Consulting Department as
of October 4, 2021. Bilaç graduated from the Chemistry De-
partment of Boğaziçi University and started her career as an

She worked as Hay Group Senior Consultant / Process Leader
between 2006-2010, Bilaç served as Anel Group Performance
