In his speech, Uğursal evaluated the stages of digitalization in insurance and Türkiye’s position in this journey, drawing attention to the rapid changes in customer expectations. He noted that through the Agito Dijital Sigortacılık Platformu (Agito Digital Insurance Platform), institutions facilitate regulatory compliance, accelerate integration processes, and implement AI-supported workflows thanks to modular, low-code/no-code infrastructures.

Uğursal also shared that the Agito Dijital Sigortacılık Platformu (Agito Digital Insurance Platform) has been opened to the start-up ecosystem as a marketplace. This allows start-ups to overcome security and regulatory barriers, develop their own solutions, and collaborate more easily with insurance companies.

He emphasized that in the coming period, focusing on customer experience, developing data-driven strategies, and integrating artificial intelligence into business processes will play a critical role in the growth of the insurance sector.
