After receiving culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu in
Cape Town, Amani has continuously expanded his culi-
nary know-how; and with Fireroom, he has finally brought
the concept that has occupied his mind for long years to
life. Amani regards Fireroom as a snack bar that uses up-
per-segment products. Fireroom does not only serve burg-
ers, but they are very assertive about burgers. We especially
recommend Fatburger with rich ingredients. Other options
are quite diversified ranging from kokoretsi (grilled sheep’s
intestines) to sujuk sandwich.
