Bronwyn Zula

Zula is a small fast food restaurant that offers burgers,
tacos and hot dog selections.

Creators of Zula, one of the assertive burger places in town,
are the talented chefs Cihan Kıpçak and Üryan Doğmuş.
After opening its doors in one of the backstreets of Har-
biye, Zula’s fame has gotten about and a new branch was
opened at Kanyon. Their classical burgers include ched-
dar, caramelized onions, pickle relish and truffle mayon-
naise. Its meat is neither thick nor thin. Unless specified
otherwise, you will find well-done but juicy meat between
soft breads. Caramelized onion and sausages are well bal-
anced, therefore you do not taste anything that suppresses
the taste of meat.
