Atlas Mühürdar 78 Felix Bistro
Fuat Halaç, the manager of Bi’ Garip Meyhane, transformed
his place with a new concept when the tavern culture became
difficult to live in during the pandemic period. Opened in the
same location, Felix is a spacious restaurant where you can
go around the clock with a bar, a convertible garden behind
it, and a modern interior design. We particularly liked the
wooden floor of the garden part and the lighting of the bar.
If you make your way to Nişantaşı for breakfast, we recom-
mend the options under the name Benedicts on the menu of
Felix Bistro. It is possible to make a delicious start to the day
with eggs royale with smoked salmon or eggs Benedict with
pork bacon, one of these favorite breakfast delicacies pre-
pared with poached eggs and seasonal greens. If your choice
for dinner is Felix Bistro, you can order French onion soup
or french fries with Parmesan from the front and complete
your dinner with an easy burger prepared with 100-gram
hamburger meatballs. For those who want to end the day with
a light meal, our recommendation is veggie & protein salad
with beluga lentils, quinoa, and avocado. Of course, this place
is also very suitable for you to sit on the side facing the street
during the day and watch the people of Nişantaşı with your
coffee in your hand.

Ezgi and Onur Çiftçi siblings, who trace their father, who has
worked for the gastronomy sector for many years, are the
names behind Atlas Mühürdar 78, a tasting stop in Kadıköy.
They found and restored the historic Kadıköy building, which is
estimated to have been built in the 1930s, in an inert state and
turned it into an impressive place. When you come as a group to
this building, which has a garden and will soon have a terrace,
you can find yourself in an isolated corner.
The team behind the venue pays attention to acquiring mate-
rials from agricultural cooperatives and local producers. They
produce bread, sauce, and pickles themselves. Dairy products
come from Kars, chickpeas and beans from Ovacık, and dried
eggplants from Urfa. Although their menus change in line with
the uncertainties of the pandemic era and the takeaways that
diverge during quarantine, they are careful to interpret eastern
Mediterranean flavors for their customers. You should definite-
ly try their falafel, which is of great interest.
