As a result of the evaluation process conducted by Great Place to Work, the company earned a place on Türkiye’s Best Employers 2026 list. The award was received on behalf of Anadolu Sigorta by Deputy General Manager İdil Pamir together with the Human Resources team.

Great Place to Work, which measures employees’ workplace experience based on trust-oriented criteria and evaluates corporate cultures in line with international standards, identifies companies that stand out each year in areas such as employee engagement, equality, fairness, inclusiveness, and satisfaction. Anadolu Sigorta distinguished itself among the leading organizations by demonstrating strong performance in this comprehensive, multi-dimensional evaluation process.

İdil Pamir, Deputy General Manager of Anadolu Sigorta, made the following statement: “With its century-long, well-established history, our company, which has played a pioneering role in the Turkish insurance sector, continues to position employee experience among its strategic priorities in its second century. With our strong corporate culture, our transparent communication approach, and our practices that support continuous development, we aim to create a working environment where our colleagues feel valued. This achievement once again demonstrates that we stand out in our sector with our people-oriented approach, trust-based corporate culture, and sustainable way of doing business.”

The employee engagement survey, which forms the basis of the evaluation process, was conducted across the company with a high level of participation. Structured around the themes of Trust, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Team Spirit, the survey saw strong employee engagement, with participants sharing their experiences anonymously. This high level of participation demonstrated that employees’ opinions are valued at Anadolu Sigorta and that they are actively involved in corporate development processes. In addition to the survey results, comprehensive documentation covering the company’s human resources practices, employee experience processes, and corporate culture was also submitted for evaluation.
