Age average increasing in the
demographic map of Individual Pension
System
Individual Pension System (BES) and Auto Enrollment System (OKS) continue to make
contributions to Turkish economy and people’s habits of saving. However, average age of
BES participants climb to 40.9 and there is a considerable increase in the number of male
participants.
