Insurance market reaches 1.3 billion
USD technical profit as of 2020 Q3
According to the consolidated balance sheet results as of September 2020 announced by
the Insurance Association of Turkey, total technical profit in non-life segment reached
970 million 317 thousand USD, compared to 282 million 996 thousand USD in life seg-
ment. Overall technical profit of Turkish insurance market reached 1 billion 318 million
47 thousand USD. During the same term, technical profit in the pension segment stood at
64 million 733 thousand USD.
