Bina The Populist

Bomonti brewery, founded in 1890, has been restored and
started rewriting the book of Istanbul’s social life for a few
years. Thanks to it, Bomonti has become one of the favorite
districts for intraday meetings and exciting night outings.
The Populist is a popular venue that overlaps with the history
of the complex, which meets the needs of gastronomy, art
and music in the same area. While you are swaying under
the magical atmosphere of its very high ceilings, your head
is spinning before your drinks come thanks to the cool and
energetic space design.

The name behind the beers pro-duced by the venue is Philip
Green, an expert in this field. He is responsible for creating
recipes, training employees, monitoring food safety, and im-
plementing safety protocols during the produc-tion process of
beer sold at the Populist. You can also improve yourself with
the tasting workshops he organized.
