While the product provides private health insurance coverage for inpatient treatments, it also offers access to a broad network of hospitals affiliated with the Social Security Institution (SGK) for outpatient treatments, as well as the option to use certain new facilities.

Allianz Modüler Eko Health Insurance also stands out with services that accompany policyholders at different stages of their healthcare journey. Policyholders can access online video medical consultations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Dr. Allianz digital health consultation service, and if deemed necessary, they can also benefit from the home doctor visit service in Istanbul. Thanks to a fast authorization infrastructure, authorization processes are automatically carried out after examinations at contracted facilities, and the process can be tracked via SMS.

The plan also includes benefits such as a complimentary General Check-Up Panel once a year at participating centers (exclusive to the first year), three annual checkups and one diagnostic test under the family medicine program, and an annual mammogram or PSA screening for policyholders aged 40 and older.

Other key benefits offered by Allianz Modular Eco Health Insurance include the Lifetime Renewal Guarantee and Allianz Baby.

The product is designed to meet the needs of different life stages. Mothers eligible for the birth module gain access to the Allianz Baby benefit when they add their baby to the policy within 30 days of birth. This ensures that health issues covered by the policy—including congenital conditions—are protected under the Lifetime Renewal Guarantee. Additionally, if the mother, father, sibling, spouse, or child is an Allianz policyholder, the family can take advantage of the First-Degree Relative Discount for medical expenses at participating hospitals.

With its Modüler Eko Health Insurance, Allianz offers a comprehensive support approach that goes beyond simply covering the cost of treatment. Under the Allianz Health Support Program, policyholders can benefit from four core support services: case management, disease management, Dr. Allianz, and preventive care.

Under Case Management, professional guidance is provided for complex health processes such as cancer, high-cost surgeries, or long-term hospitalizations, along with information on Social Security Institution (SGK) procedures and free second medical opinion support. Under Disease Management, services include quarterly blood tests and test strips for diabetes monitoring, as well as online dietitian support; for chronic respiratory diseases, services include physical therapy, breathing exercises, and vaccination reminders.
